Section 2 - Konakridee Resort

The Konakridee Coastal Resort will be a 4-star beach resort that will comprise a main hotel, apartments and villas. Visitors will have ready access to night clubs, swimming pools, tennis and squash courts and luxury health spa facilities on the beachfront. Dedicated transfers to and from Lungi Airport and to and from Freetown will be provided at regular intervals throughout each day. Section 3- Mape Town Residential Units

Phase one of the Mape Project includes the provision of 142 houses and 215 river fronted apartments. The town will have its own dedicated electricity and water supply as well as sewerage and waste disposal systems. Section 4 - Mape Town Commercial

Phase one of the Mape Town will provide over 50.000 square meters of commercial office, retail and light industrial space for leasing. Business will benefit from power, water, proximity to Lungi International Airport, easy access to Freetown and access to a good customer base and tourists.
